We are united in our mission to make a measurable impact in three key areas.
Our project aims to uplift and empower the youth from disadvantaged backgrounds through education and skill development. We select 25 deserving students of Class X every year who belong to low-income families and provide them with financial scholarships for six years to continue their education. We also offer them additional coaching and mentoring support to enhance their learning outcomes. Our project covers all aspects of their development and empowerment, from financial assistance to career guidance.
Our goal is to change the employment scenario and boost the rural revival efforts by bringing jobs to villages. We offer skill development programs and employment opportunities for the youth in their own villages, so that they do not have to migrate to cities. We have established a large facility for IT-enabled services in Dhavalgaon village in Maharashtra, India and are working with our partners to employ more than 600 rural youths.
Our mission at Opus is to tackle environmental issues by promoting sustainability, ecological harmony, and social welfare. We have partnered with an NGO called Farmers for Forests to initiate the first tree, shrub, and flower plantation at the Biodiversity Park/Botanical Garden in Rajapur. We are helping farmers improve their livelihoods by utilizing their land optimally. We also support the farmers financially if they allow us to plant trees on their unused land. We have planted over 20,000 trees in collaboration with these farmers.
In our endeavor to positively impact societies and the world at large, our people are intensifying the time and efforts they invest in building charitable programs that are close to their hearts.
