Certification Analyst Job Description:

We are looking for a Certification Analyst to work with internal and external clients during the client’s User Acceptance Testing cycle, they would be expected to provide guidance and technical support.  The analyst will be part of a team of dynamic professionals working on high-profile projects. In this role, the analyst will have exposure to and work with other technical client-facing partners.  The analyst will assist in driving quality and excellence.  The role provides an opportunity to grow in a position that contributes to overall technical and client-facing support.

What you will do:

The Certification Analyst is responsible for User Acceptance Testing with our remote processor/client hosts. This position receives client-specific technical information and is responsible for ensuring the client testing experience meets their expectations.  The Analyst provides technical support and guidance throughout the process.  Analysts have daily interaction with external clients as well as internal business units.

  • Manage the technical and business aspects of client/vendor testing.
  • Review new project business requirements, and technical documentation and translate project requirements into test cases/strategies.
  • Build configurations for client User Acceptance Testing that will be executed in the certification environment.
  • Create test strategies, and test plans, and execute automated test scripts via a web-based simulation tool.
  • Identify defects and notify affected parties as well as assist in root cause analysis and problem resolution related to testing.
  • Troubleshoot client issues during testing or escalate as appropriate.
  • What you will need to have:
  • Minimum 1 years working with JSON/XML and RESTful APIs in a production environment
  • Deep functional knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) and JSON messages
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in writing test cases and performing integration testing
