Tech Architect(Java/.Net)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technology Architect who excels in solutions, designing, and hands-on implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java, .NET, and cloud technologies, along with a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex projects.

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent Communicator
• .Net – C# and .Net framework
• Java – Sprint Boot and RESTful APIs
• Database – Any relational (MS-SQL, Oracle)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps Processes
• Architecture and design knowledge in building Serverless, Cloud Native, and Distributed systems

Good to have:

• Any of cloud technology (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Logging and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, or Prometheus)
• Experienced with TDD, Chaos testing, Feature Flags, Trunk Based Development, Performance Testing, AppSec Testing, IaC, Threat Modelling, and other Secure coding and Modern Application Development practices.
• Experienced in Database Deployment Automation tools like flyway or liquibase

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative and scalable technology solutions.
• Architecture: Develop and communicate architectural strategies and blueprints that align with business objectives. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Technology Expertise: Be a subject matter expert in Java, .NET, and relevant technologies. Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Cloud Technologies: Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to design and implement cloud-native solutions. Ensure best practices for cloud architecture, security, and scalability are followed.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Drive excellence in coding standards, best practices, and technology adoption.
• Solution Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and evaluate their applicability to the organization’s projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of technology solutions through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technology Architect or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Java and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead technical teams.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Certification in relevant technologies or cloud platforms is a plus.
